How long does delivery take?

For USA address:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

Priority Shipping (1 business day)

For non-USA address:

7-15 Business Days

*Buyer is responsible to pay VAT or Tax if applicable.

How will my delivery be shipped?

For USA address, Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out ESC Keyboard Stand products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

For non-USA address, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in China for faster delivery.  

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
