30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

If you're not happy with your ESC Keyboard Stand, just send it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be sure that you receive a refund, please email us for your Return Authorization Code and Shipping Address before making any return. Returns made to the wrong address or without a Return Authorization Code cannot be processed.

• Returns must include all accessories
• Items must include original packaging
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through our online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
